Ad platforms
Lumy reads spend, campaigns and performance from here.
You will be sent to Windsor, the data provider Lumy reads through, and then to Meta — and to Google, if you use it — to approve access. You come straight back here and Lumy picks the account up himself.
Lumy still does not see your account?
This is the fallback, not the usual path. Give him the ad account ID from Meta Ads Manager, or the customer ID from the top right of Google Ads.
Connected through Windsor. Disconnecting keeps Lumy in your Slack but stops every scan until you connect an account again. Reconnecting sends you to Windsor for a fresh authorisation, which is also how you move Lumy to a different ad account.
Read through the same Windsor connection as Meta. Disconnecting stops Lumy from looking at Google and drops the Google findings he has open. Everything on Meta carries on.
This is the measurement layer behind your ads. Lumy reads your container to see whether the tags you configured are the ones your pages actually load. He never changes anything on your site by himself: edits land in a draft you review, and publishing always needs your yes.
Lumy's Context
What Lumy knows about your business. The gaps are where his advice goes vague.
The name I use when I write about your business.
Sets your benchmarks and brand-safety defaults. Pick all that apply.
Grounds ad copy and keyword ideas. Say what you sell in plain words.
I weigh every recommendation against these conversion events.
How your business makes money. Lumy uses it to pick the right benchmarks.
The address your ads send people to. Lumy checks what measurement actually loads there.
Where your ads should run. I audit geo targeting against this list.
The core reason a customer picks you. Used across ad headlines and positioning.
Live incentives I can lean on for urgency and offer-led copy.
Who you most want to reach. Drives targeting and audience recommendations.
Problem-aware angles for ad copy and landing messaging.
What to pre-empt in copy, FAQs, and remarketing.
Context for differentiation and competitive messaging.
Applied to all external copy I write or review.
Guardrails for copy review and ad approval.

Connection, permissions and the way out.
Everything unticked still happens, it just happens after you say yes. Ticking a box only removes the question, never the report.
Changing budgets and creating new campaigns, ads or audiences are not on this list and cannot be added to it. Those move money or make new things, so they need a confirmation with the number in front of you. Lumy will propose them; he will not execute them on a single tap.
Lumy is connected to this workspace. Disconnecting revokes his token at Slack, so he stops reading and writing immediately. Your ad account and permissions stay saved for when you come back.
One thing to know before you disconnect: the link to this panel arrives as a message from Lumy in Slack. Once he is disconnected he cannot send it, so come back through adlume.co and install him again. This session stays open either way.
Billing and subscription management through Stripe will move into this panel later.
Use [email protected] until this form is live.
This removes your installation, the connection to your ad account and everything Lumy has stored about your findings. It cancels nothing at Stripe, so cancel your plan there first if you have one. It cannot be undone.

Overview
What Lumy is connected to, and what he is allowed to do without asking.
Connect your ad accounts
Lumy is in your Slack. He needs read access to the accounts he watches. One approval covers both, and you can take it back at any time.
What happens next
Lumy reads the account, and sends you the first thing worth your attention in Slack. One finding, not a report.
Integrations
What Lumy is plugged into, and what is on the way.
What counts as a result
Lumy reads your numbers either way. Without this he can tell you what a number is, but not whether it is good, so he will say so instead of guessing.
